Los Carneros in general (but this vineyard in particular) is known for cooling winds off the Pacific paired with bright, clear sunshine for great ripeness and freshness; this vineyard has a gently-sloping South-facing aspect to maximize the effects of both. The result is crisp, concentrated, focused Chardonnay grapes.
